I recently went down (cunningulus) on a prostitute who tells me after sex that she has been clean from shooyin dope for 7 months and she also said she tests every 3 months and she is clean. transmission requires penetration.  RUBBING is not a means of transmitting hiv and is not considered "DIPPING".
