cut tongue

I bit my tongue kinda bad and it was bleeding. It was about a cm long cut an not too deep. The bleeding stopped about 5-1o min. About an hour later i open mouth kissed a girl who i am guessing she is positive. What is my risk. not sure if she had blood in her mouth.
