so lets say that if there's blood present but once exposed to air the virus could still die immediately?
sir what does the host means? the blood or the human body??
may I add, it was just a drop of blood that bled when I was shaved 4 days ago and when I damped the cut with alcohol, I felt burning sensation from the cut, indicating that alcohol has penetrated the cut. But I saw that the blade was dry and no residues of blood or anything.
what does BLOOD-BLOOD contact means? It would be the same as the barber shop if there is a blood on the blade being used? (which I think higly unlikely to happen)
sorry for repeatedly questioning about this I just need some details I cant get over it even though I saw the blade clean and dry before I was shaved
Doesn't matter what type, group or subtype, HIV is not transmitted outside it's host.
even if the virus is a different strain still would it die once exposed to open air??
but sir what does this mean?
HIV is killed by heat. Temperatures of above 60⁰C will kill HIV.
HIV is NOT killed by cold. In fact, colder temperatures increase the survival time of HIV.
At 27⁰C to 37⁰C, HIV can survive up to 7 days in syringes
At room temperature, HIV can survive in dried blood for 5 to 6 days
At 4⁰C, HIV can survive up to 7 days in dried blood
At -70⁰C, HIV can survive indefinitely
HIV can only survive in pH between 7 and 8
HIV has been found to survive for a few days in sewage
HIV has been found to survive in organs and corpses for up to 2 weeks
sorry but I don't get it

I need more answers please, I really had developed anxiety until now by just thinking of this............top answerers please
sir, is this a laboratory condition that you are pertaining to?
sir, what does this mean??.............I'm really confused please
I mean not all strains could die immediately when exposed to air?.......Is there any confirmed cases of HIV infection from parlor/barber shop even rare cases??.......please
sir does all strains of HIV could die immediately when exposed to open air or not at all??
There is absolutely NO RISK, neither theoretical nor practical. HIV can not survive outside its host and gets inactivated immediately after its exposure to ambient oxygen.
theoretical? what does it mean?
