what if there were unseen and untasted microscopic blood can u get it from that, or even with the tiny blood is impossible cause i heard there was one recorded case.

like an explanation would be helpful meaning in detail the process like because we constantly deepkissed, if there was blood(microscopic in size) I wouldn't have taste it and what if it got into my microscopic cuts in my mouth which is too small to realize. and even if it was kinda noticeable and tastable would the saliva kill it in time meaning when theres tongue to tongue contact, if there were any(maybe both) cuts or bleeding would there be any chance? please answer these questions, it would feel alot better than a yes or no, since I heard about that one case where someone did get it from deepkissing.
