Labs give a week to two week turn around. I've had my results back the same day. Just means the lab wasn't busy.

Follow their advice and trust the results. Next, do your homework on anxiety and get help. It's highly debilitating if you let it take control of you. Anxiety can and will make you sick. I'd even say it's worse than the garden variety illnesses ie colds, influenza, gastroenteritis. Those go away by themselves in a short period of time. You're always stuck with your mind so make the best of it! I speak from personal experience. Good luck to you!
