hi.. hiv virus is  Dependent to cell ?it means if cell die hiv is inactive.so is different between hiv in semen and blood?(because of different cell) can anyone with cut on his hand touch semen (semen after 30 minute out of the body) and infect with it?i heard survival of hiv depend on amount of virus so it mean how much semen or depend on how long hiv is in body(copy of virus in body)?

Like Teak said above, the body fluid that the virus is int doessn't make a difference.  All you need to know is that the virus very quickly becomes inactive and unable to infect.  This process happens so quickly that infection outside the body us impossible.  You must have unprotected vaginal or anal sex to be at risk!

HIV isn't alive it's active or inactive. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
