do I have HIV ?

since 2009 i have had unxplained lightheadedness

i ever had sex with sex workers with protection

yesterday i had sex with a sex worker and i used protection  during sex the condom was still intact as she kept checking

i was also pretty sure that there was no tear on the condom

she also used my penis ( without a condom ) to rub her nipples ...

im afraid there was a cut on the nipple

would there be any risk of it ?

also is light headedness a symptom of HIV ? ( im asking this not due to yesterday's encounter but due to my encounter 1 year ago sex encounter with a broken condom while having sex .)

i have tested approx 3mths + after the incident with all tests coming back negative.

all the while i always had protected sex with CSWs

but i feel really guilty about it ...

is it safe for me to still have sex with my gf without protection ?

do i need to get tested for HIV again ?

i feel really bad about it and i will not ever do it again

i would also like to confirm if HIV does indeed cause lightheadedness

however the thing is i went for a test again

does that pose a risk for HIV too ?

NOTHING that you have described put you at risk for contracting hiv.

your "symptoms" are not hiv related.

work with your dr if you are having health concerns...nothing to do with hiv

can i ask u , when the CSW did a hj and the condom broke ,

her body fluids on the condom came onto my bare penis

could that be a way HIV is transmitted?

transmission takes place INSIDE the body...as when a penis is inside the vagina / anus.

testing at this point is a personal decision...but it is not needed.

you did not contract hiv from the situation that you've described.  what you do with your girlfriend is up to you.

being lightheaded can come from MANY things...blood pressure...sinus infection...etc.

YOU DONT HAVE HIV.

kindly move on...you do not have a hiv concern.
