do i carry a big risk of hiv!? help!!!

I just had sex with a escort and afterwards I noticed I had a few tiny cuts on my penis from shaving down there, but it was on the bottom of my penis not the tip area,I used protection but it didn't cover the cut part,I did not ejaculate in her plus it was only for 2-3 min of sex because I felt like a idiot for taking such a risk so I stopped, do I have a high risk? My penis was not bleeding a lot more like dots of blood but not a lot

Welcome to the Forum. I deleted this question from the thread Dr. Handsfield has just started with another client.  While you may read that exchange, you are not permitted to "jump" the thread and ask question.

You report a single, condom protected exposure to a commercial sex worker. the exposure occurred shortly after you had shaved your genital region and, as a result is is likely that genital secretions may have gotten onto the cuts from shaving.

this is a rather common question which we have answered many times before. Exposures of the sort you describe are virtually no risk for HIV   I will list the reasons below:

1.  Your partner is unlikely to have HIV- most commercial sex workers do not.
2.  If she was, your intercourse  was condom protected and thus that element of the interaction was no risk.  Condoms work.
3.  HIV is not effectively spread by contamination of recent surface wounds.  While I suspect that you can find some experts who will tell you that there is a theoretical risk for transmission in this situation, the fact is that superficial cuts begin to heal almost instantaneously when they occur, sealing off the tissue below.  Thus the HIV does not enter tissue deeply enough to cause infection.  I have never seen or heard of someone acquiring HIV form an exposure of the sort you describe.

Considering these facts, there is virtually no risk of you getting HIV from this exposure.  I see no need for testing although I would understand if you felt that there was a need to test for your peace of mind.  Should you test, I am confident the test would be negative.

I hope this comment is helpful. EWH
