thanks i have one last dought......HIV - RAPID ICT test is reliable after a year of exposure?i mean i had unprotected sex on OCT 2013..so if i catch HIV a year ago then can this test detect it?

More than likely, yes. At 10 weeks that test would catch almost 99-100% of all new infections. Medical protocol is too take a FINAL confirmatory test at 12 weeks. I would not expect the test result to change.

You have posted about this exposure over 60 times, and you have received multiple answers to your questions. If your actions are going to cause you this much anxiety, perhaps you should re-think your behavior. It is time to move on, and if you can't please seek out professional psychological medical assistance.

I had a new gf,in sept 21 we both had unprotected sex,its our first time having sex and i got std and i was treated.on Oct25 i was tested for hiv antibody and got negative later on Nov 10 she is also tested for hiv antibody and she is also negative.i asked her if she ever she had an affair and she said yes,she told me she had sex with another man who is from Nepal at August but he was using condom.she had sex three times this year with him April, may and august.i got freaked out by now.her last unprotected sex was on June 2013 with her ex ex bf.she had protected sex with this Nepal guy.

1,is it possible she got hiv or other STD from this Nepal guy
2,how risk i am to get hiv if she have hiv
3,we both tested for hiv antibody,i tested negative 5 weeks after my sex exposure to her and she tested negative 10 week after exposure to that Nepal guy.

so pls how reliable is our test?

I would get your Sept gf that had a disease to test too, since you have done your part. On an unrelated note, look at all those "symptoms" you have put yourself through because of needless worry, and get back to eating right.

I noticed in your other post in September that you got disease from your new girlfriend but that was treated, so you should get the HIV test and remove that fear of HIV out of your mind forever. Otherwise it is not fair to her if you are concerned about HIV but are afraid to test for it. It is good practice for both new sexual partners to take an HIV test.

Yes.  As long as you have not had another exposure the result will be conclusive.

Your chances are 1 in 2000 a single exposure will infect you.  In addition the odds your partner has HIV are highly unlikely.

Unfortunately, even thought the odds are on your side, a test will be the ONLY way of knowing for sure.

If your exposure almost a year ago was your only exposure a third gen antibody test will give you a conclusive result.

I have confidence(based on the odds) that your limited exposure will produce a negative result.

Good luck be safe.
