do i need testing??

had vaginal protected sex with a male, i am female.  comdom broke and i got tested 5 and a half weeks after that.. it was neg.  then he went and got tested and was negative, but i think it had been just about 6 weeks since he last was with a girl unprotected.  now heres my question which has been bothering me for a whiel and i have asked it before on here and just wanted to get some more advice..

after we had our condom broke.. we stopped having sex, but we did a lot of humping. if there is wet precome on boxers, and its rubbed on to my vagina, could i be infected if he actually does have hiv and just didnt turn positive yet?? please give me some advice here.

i also think i may had a small cut on my vagina due to yeast infection. Help me!

after the condom broke i got tested 5 1/2 weeks after the break and was negative. at that time my partner got tested as well which was negative.  at that time i dont think he was with anyone else 6 weeks before this event.  

now after we got tested, we did not have anymore sex.  but the wet precome scares me.  i had been exposed to wet precome on his boxers. i want to know if i have any risks from the wet pre come on boxers?
