does a positive

My risk was oral sex.  The women performed on me.  I am male.  You said no risk.  I have been told I should be tested for stds.  If I test positive for stds does that mean I increased my zero risk
For hiv to a risk?  I thought I read this.  Thanks

Please answer my post.  Today I was tested for clymidia, gonneria and syphilis.  If I test positive for any of those does that change my  "no risk from receiving oral", to a true hiv risk?  Nobody can seem to answer.  Although from reading it seems it changes things.
