Do you mean 3 days after exposure or all the symptoms shows in 3 days as loose Stoll, sore through, chill, fever ext?

Symptoms or the lack of is no indication of HIV. HIV has no specific symptoms. If I does get ARS, the symptoms come on all at once and are gone in a week to two weeks. You do not get one symptom on day and then one another and you don't get them months after an exposure, if you get them at all.
