thier is adefrence netween feeling that you have a dry mouth and really having one. when you have a dry mouth the sides of your mouth start to hurt and yiou get ulcers that bleed. your tooth will start decaying becuase saliva contains substancesDrug abuse that stop tooth decay. when you have a real dry mourth not the one fron anxiaty you will find it hard to eat bread or any other dry food. when you have the real dry mouth if you put your finger inside your mouth and rub it along side your gums your finger will be dry thier wont be any saliva on it. if you roll down your lower lips and dry them with some tissue paper if you had a dry mouth they will not have and moist on them for at least a couple of mintes.
