I have had an extremely dry mouth for five weeks now. It started 3 1/2 days after possible exsposure. Can something like dry mouth show up that fast after potential hiv infection and persist for this long. My MD tells me that was to soon to be a symptom. I have had other various "wierd" things with my body over the past few weeks but everything comes and goes. MD says its due to severe emotional stress and anxiety over the event and the wait for test results. The only thing that stays is the dry mouth. No feverAllergic rhinitis Coccidioidomycosis Febrile seizures Fever Fever blister Fever blisters and canker sores Herpes labialis (oral herpes simplex) Histoplasmosis Malaria Rheumatic fever Scarlet fever yet and its been almost six weeks. Four week test was negative. Anyone have any insight. Thanks!
