earliest ARS symptoms can appear

Hi all -

Can the ARS symptoms (rash, malaise, diarreah (diarrhea)) of initial infection appear within 48 hours of the exposure? Everything I've read says 1-4 weeks after, or 2-4 weeks after... occasionally "within days"... but no difinitive info on if it could really show up in 48 hours.

Regardless, I'm getting tested at 25 days, 6 weeks and 3 months. Just need something to hang on to until that 25 day mark.

Thanks for any insight you have!

HIV symptoms are never manifested before at least one week, usually even later than that.  Your rash is unrelated to HIV.  If you had a real exposure, a single test after 3 months is sufficient.

irrespective of the exposure what arcien means there i think is how usual it is for the symptoms to appear after week 5 is complete? or around that time.

Ya, thats what i meant...
my exposure is just unprotected oral, giving and receiving on a CSW.
If i concluded that condom did not fail cos it slip off at the end and i didnt even see it.

Just to assure myself, i just went for test at 4th week mark and came back NEG.
Into my 5th week now.

Kinda have some rash or pimples i dunno what they are on my shoulder.
No other syptoms (symptoms) though.

Well just to kill off any of my doubts, i will get tested at 13th week to be conclusive.
