elisa or rapid

I took my test at a lab refered by a company called TSTD.  They said i took a elisa test but when i was in the lab i saw pcr on the paperwork.  The results came back the next day, so i called
TSTD and they told me it was an elisa not pcr.  Are they correct, could a elisa come back so quick and would that change my neg status at the 13 week mark?
