elisa test question at 6 weeks

hello doctor

firstable excuse my english but i'm french!!!!!!!!

i've ha d a vih test 6 weeks after my vih exposure but only a third generation test which search only antibodies not an 4th elisa test with p24 antigene search
i know that we have a 95% reliability of the test a t 6 weeks but my question is could we have this reliability with only a third generation elisa test??
i know that  a few people could have antibodies later about at 2 months and after ...... and i'm afraid to be this kind of peole!!!!!!

You need to test at 3 months to obtain a conclusive test result.

thanks for answer but  my question was  "is the 3generation test without search of antigenes p24 at 6 weeks as the same reliability (95% ) than a 4th generation test with 24 search

The studies between 3rd and 4th generation ELISA tests show that their is no real difference except for the price.
