epstein barr/hiv

I tested positive for a monospot the first time but my epstein barr virus titers were negative so I had to do repeat testing.  Then, I had a negative monospot and only one of my epstein barr virus titers had raised. I have also been having oral thrush and fatigue and my whole body hurts as well as still recurrent yeast infections and headaches and dizziness. I have heard that there is a correlation between people whose epstein barr virus titers are positive and those who are experiencing ARS.  do any of you know about this?
