I am 18 and up until yesterday was a virgin so I decided to call an escort.  I used a condom and had vaginal sex with her. The condom was on OK and did not rip it almost slipped off though but it was half way on my penis still so it did not fully come off. Afterwards she perfomed oral on me without a condom. I asked her if she was clean and she said she was and she gets tested every 6 months. All nite I have not been able to sleep because I am worried her perfoming oral on me without me wearing a condom will get me something. I am also worried if I would get something since I am not sure if I used a condom right. What are my risks for me contracting an STD if she perfomed oral without protection and if the condom almost slipped off?

Oral sex is not a risk of HIV but you could have contracted an STD. You had protected sex even if the condom slipped so HIV is not an issue. See your doctor or go to an STD clinic.

The only real STD risk from receiving unprotected oral is possible HSV1, but if you're like most people, you probably already have it orally. If you get cold sores, the chances of you getting it genitally are pretty much nil. You could go get a herpeselect blood test now, and if it's positive, you'll know you didn't get it from this encounter. If it's negative, you could test again in a couple of months if you're really freaked out (and it sounds like you are). Personally, I think there's no need to test for anything unless you actually develop symptoms. Relax. You had sex. You took reasonable protections. I know that first times can feel scary, but you did everything right. No need to spin out of control :-)

I just got really paranoid since she performed oral without me having a condom on and I was worried she could have gave me an STD. I do not feel any symtoms (symptoms) so I won't go get tested yet since maybe I am over reacting.
