ok, so alot of people might be non religious and be bothered about HIV and other diseases.
first and foremost you cannot rely on man to heal you and you cannot be woried.
the one and only cure to problems is God.( jesus christ our lord and saviour).
If you have any problems about what disease you have got (be it a common cold down to hiv and cancer.) you need only one thing
PRAYER.
I want to assure people that God loves you and that he will never fail you.
first and foremost we are human beings and have commited sin, please everyone who has even opened this thread needs to read the 10 commandments in the bible which can be located in Exodus 20.
secondary to this you need to accept that you have sinned and repent of all sins you have commited.
find a church somewhere around you and pray for yourself and others and place all your worries and burdens in the hands of God.
AND God being a generous and faithfull God will satisty you and help you. (for any questions please leave me a message)

That's total BS. God didn't give anyone HIV/AIDS. You contract HIV and see if God heals you. You can pray all you want, but without the medications you'll end up DEAD and it won't be a pleasant death.
