everyone HELP! Teak, please come in

Dear all, last night I had sex with a girl( ex-girlfriend) , I use condom when I sex with her, also I gave her a deep oral sex and she also gave me a deep oral sex , we didn't had any protection when we did the oral sex, is there any risk to infect HIV ?
And today she came to hospital did a blood test, it's Elise test, the result is negative. She told me last time she had sex was about 8 or 9 weeks ago,so can I infect HIV if she had HIV ?
Thank you all!

Vance said that a 3 months test is considered conclusive. He also said you do not need testing.
