exposed to HIV infected medical instruments

Hello i was working by sterilizing needles and other medical instruments in an ultrasonic cleaner while i wass cleaning some stuff i accidently dropped a pair of cissors inside the machine some of the liquid used to clean the needles splashed inside my nose and i new some of that infected blood had been mixed with the liquid could i hav been infected this way the liquied was dirty

Not in a million years. HIV has a very very short life span outside the human body and you can not transmit it through your nose in the events you describe. this is silly and no need to stress over. Move on.
