exposure to hiv

pls doc i have been having protected sex but all with commercial sex workers. once a time, the condom got broken during the sex and i have no idea whether my skin was broken though i immediately withdrew. my question is what is my risk of infection? also what advice can you give me concerning the hiv screening test because i am afraid.

all it matters is were u able to pull out imm after the breakage.
you were protected until the condom broke, and when the condom broke you pulled out and u were not at risk.

you have to stop those evil imaginations in your brain.

if you have withdrawn imm after the breakage, then you dont even need to test.
you have no risk if you have pulled out imm.

It requires sufficient contact time for HIV to transmit. dont even need to get tested.
if you wanna peace of mind, take a six week test and forget about it.

Hi there,

You had protected sex and a one time broken condom, your risk is at best, low.

You should test at 3 months psot exposure.  If stress gets up to you, than test at 6 weeks and than at 12 weeks after exposure.

The 6 weeks test result will be a good indication for your conclusive result at 12 weeks.
