Hi, is there any threat of infection from semen exposed to air. 4 years ago, in a drunken fit, i was encouraged by my guy friends to touch another guys penis. I met this unknown person and he had masturbated in his handkerchief which was placed on a dusty table. He gave me a hand job and proceeded to wipe me off with the handkerchief that was drenched with his cum. I fought it away, but guess got a dab on my foreskin from that handkerchief. I did go for counselling and was told it was safe.

Wanted to know
1) if it was absolutely safe
2) if HIV can transmit this way at all?

Unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
