extremely anxious ..should i test?

ive had a potentially risky encounter  almost 4 weeks ago. i had protected sex for 5 min with an ex. the condom was perfect through out.i even went as far as blowing it up afterwards:s it seemed fine. i've been going out of my mind with what if scenario's concerning hiv.. im absolutely scared out of my wits with information on the internet etc. my very own dr scared the **** outta me. i was very pleased with one forum but they banned me temporarily because i apparently had a no risk situation and i kept going on about it. then to top it off i developed a rather strange rash lastnight that didnt go away until about 3 hrs ago:(.it was very small ,red ,a little itchy and hot to touch.it was also above my knees. i dont know what to do.im petrified.should i honestly test? and would a 3 to 4 week test ease my mind temporarily?:( please help

p.s i forgot to add i was also using clotrimaderm yeast infection treatment for 2 days. the medication was fully visible on the latex condom afterwards.im also scared that may have messed up the protection:(...

im a female btw.im sorry i didn't include that.ive been so addled and frightened. i wish to god i never ever slept with him but to late now and now i'll probably have to pay dearly for the rest of my life for such a stupid mistake.

Either believe us or don't. If the latter is the case then refer to your answer on another forum. If the former is the case then just believe that you don't have HIV. That simple.

You never had an exposure and have been advised of it. This is not a physiological forum. You've been reported to Medhelp.

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. You never had a risk and you don't have HIV
