extremely depressed about HIV

I had unprotected sex with a guy on 11/4/11. It last for about a minute. I tested for all stds and HIV, hepatitis 25 days later. On 12/13/11 I felt sick, no fever scratchy throat ear pain and headache. Doctor diagnosed me with pharyngitis/strep. I was given antibiotics for ten days. After about a week on them I developed a yeast infection and white tongue. I retested at 7 weeks ELISA HIV 1/2 ab test. It was negative. Sore throat continues but its off and and and ear pain. Retested one more time at 9.5 weeks with rapid oraquick HIV 1/2 ab finger prick test. Again negative. I still have throat issues now I have fatigue, earpain on and off. So I went again at 11 weeks with rapid test and negative. Can I trust my results? I've been sick for over a month and all test come back normal. I've been tested for mono,flu,strep and complete cbc all normal! I also have pain in my hands at my joints with slight swelling. Can these be all ARS symptoms? My 12 week appt is tomorrow, if this comes back negative am I in the clear???

Is rapid oraquick HIV1/2 ab finger prick test just as reliable as ELISA 1/2 ab? Or which is the best test?
