false negative testing question

Hello my questions are..
1. Outside the window period of three months .what could cause a false negative result?
I read chemotherapy, transplant receipt, or taking immune suppressing drugs..
What about if you were born unable to produce a antibody? Would you know?
Too late, end stage aids. No more antibodies left? This is all possible correct.. how would you know?
I've taking two test..Swab and elisa ,both neg after 3 months. But still having some symptoms , burning feeling on skin..sore neck, floaters.. reddish skin...
If I took two test..what else can I do?
Thanks

You want some quotes from Dr's on here?
Dr.Hook and Dr.HHH say low risk and they have never seen or read a case.
CDC has reported cases, different then actually documented.

We say no risk based on studies done.

Sex with csw several different times. Condom always used. I do not think it ever broke!
I performed oral on them a couple times.
Several hand jobs. With oil.
All this started two years ago. Last risk was handjob in December. Last test was march. 8 weeks from handjob. And 9 months from last oral or sex.

Ok.. when would a Dr. Authorize another test. Because of overwhelming symptoms . I just don't want to wait till its too late and I'm too ill. I have a wife and kids who could have it because of me.. are these test good enough..?

1. Not going to happen with you not living in a isolation tent. You don't have an HIV concern. You are conclusively negative.
