feeling sick and scared

on dec 1st had a sexual encounter with someone of unknown status. He was wide. it hurt and I became dry. he did not ejaculate in me but I am worried about pre-cum. when he was cleaning off he said he saw slight blood and it was not from him.  January 20th had another encounter with him but it was just oral. I at one point tasted a little pre-cum and stopped. feb 12th I had a bright red rash on the upper part of my leg almost down to my knee. went to the hospital and doc. said she was sure it was contact dermatitis. but I had not been any where to get contact derm.  I had some bouts with diareah  but not at the time of the rash. on april tenth  had another encounter but only oral no pre-cum in my mouth .now I have a pimply rash  behind my ear and hairline. could I be experiencing sero?. I know I am as stupid as they come cause I should have never had vaginal without a condom. but I felt ok until I had oral on jan20th. how low risk is oral?also my neck to my collarbone has been red since feb 12th, sometimes it looks better then other days. it seems to kind of come and go but usually for the most part it is red. I am very scared and I know I have done a very stupid thing. my question is if I felt ok after the vaginal on dec 1 but started getting rashes after I had gave oral on jan 20th could I have gotten hiv from oral? had no abrasions in my mouth but my throat was a little sore from coughing . he did not ejaculate but did taste a little pe-cum. I would very much appreciate an opinion  thank you for taking the time to read this

Oral sex is not an HIV risk and no one in 40 year history of HIV got it from oral. End of that issue.
Only sexual risk is unprotected vaginal or anal so you needed to test at or after 28 days with a 4th generation test for a CONCLUSIVE result. Since you didn't do that, you can take any test today for a CONCLUSIVE result. It is unfortunate that you have suffered mentally but that is water past the bridge today.
You can end all the needless agony of worrying with a test today, and the corollary is nothing but a test will end your needless agony.

All else in your post is irrelevant for various reasons, one of which is that HIV doctors do not pay attention to symptoms when diagnosing.

I just noticed today that you have 10 posts over the years so already know all that I wrote. I suggest therapy to deal with your inability to accept the reality of how to resolve HIV issues, when you already knew how to resolve it before I posted it.
actually I do know about hiv, but not every thing, I have read that oral is low risk but still unsafe. it is not even considered on other sites theoretical but on this site it says not a risk. why is there it seems, a controversy over wether  it is risky or not? also  I had 2 other post not 10 one was about the hpv virus.     Referring back to oral,  and hiv,   Some sites say you have to have a gapeing hole in your mouth while other sites say the virus can penetrate through the lining of your mouth. so  u shouldn't be surprised if you get that question often . it is from people like me searching for an answer, or opinions because we are scared  to just get up and get tested until it drives us insane. we r looking for hope or some kind  of confirmation that we are going to be  ok, it is unfair for u to suggest therepy  for me. we r all human, and we know what we should and shouldn't do but we make mistakes. I believe u were a little harsh and no , I did not post 10 different posts through the years. I asked 2 other questions other then this one. also you wrote not in 40 yrs there has ever been acase from oral. there are cases that were documented. not many but some
This is not a research site that studies your other sites.
i'm sorry not understanding what u have just posted.  .
ok ,  if u r not a research site , then if I may ask , how can u say oral is no risk what so ever, we only know answers through research,
