worriedaboutears is right, in your case the viral load is not an issue. Yes the degree of the female's viral load does become an issue in more risky situations.
You're in the wrong forum for this, but it doesn't really matter. For HIV to enter your bloodstream there has to be exposure to an infected fluid which then might possibly enter you. Saliva doesn't contain HIV or if it does its in such a minute amount to not even worry about.
Think about the millions of people who kiss every day. They don't get HIV from their HIV+ positive partners
