felt like needle prick

Hi Doc,
I was walking through in Mall last Friday on 9th Nov and felt like some one pricked me at back. I was wearing jacket over Tshirt . After reaching home I did not get any pocked. After 2 days my back was paining. And today I feel some headache and sore throat. I have been reading HIV transmission stories since last week and fearing regarding this.
I even did not get any thing on my jacket(no pin) and I saw one lady walking behind me around 6 ft of distance. I am getting worried .Kindly help me that should I go for testing or there is no risk at all?

Hi Doc,

I have two question ,if you dont have any symptom since 5.5 yrs after exposure ,do you still have any chance of HIV?
Second is ,I have been facing lumps in armpit (right as well as left) since 3 month. It was paining initially now its only hard but no pain. What could be the reason.
