few questions about possible risks

I have not done anal-giving or receiving-in many many years, however i have had several oral experiences-oral-to-penile receiving and oral-anus-both giving and receiving. Here are my questions:
1. Can you get hiv from receiving oral-penile if the person was hiv positive?
2. Are there any circumstances that make receiving oral-penile more a risk for being exposed to hiv?
3. Is there a hiv risk from performing oral-anal?
4. Is there a hiv risk from receiving oral-anal?

Studies have shown us that HIV from oral sex is not a risk. And to quote the Dr's on this site, they have never seen nor read one convincing story of someone getting HIV from oral sex. The reports are often found to be untruthful or other risks are found.

You want a theoretical risk of something...in theory you can be hit my a comet...has anyone...no.
In theory anything is possible...man traveling at the speed of light, other worlds with other intelligent life, michael moore losing weight...all things are possible in theory but in real life they do not happen.
