Please can anyone help, I've been a total fool. After years of staying again I fell off the wagon and went to a prostitute. I only went with the intention of having a massage and hand job from her, but ended up fingering her abit. She was wet and afterwards I realised that my eczema on my fingers had caused a small cut or two towards the end of my finger. It is a cut in the process of healing, so no blood is visible, its just abit open. Now I am worried I've caught something and I had a girlfriend and don't want to pass on anything awful to her. You didn't have a ris of contracting HIV from fingering.  Cut, hangnail, blisters or whatever you can think of you didn't have a risk.
