fingering finger wound/cut

3 weeks ago I touched (finger) the *** and vagina of a filipino prostitute. Later I noticed a small finger wound. Is there a hiv risk?
I also masturbated later on, how big is the risk for a STD transfer from my hand to the penis (chlamydia?).
Do I need to test?
Further I had sexual intercourse with an asian condom which didnt remove or broke but i worry about the quality...
is that a risk?

Hi....just like to point out that i was reading a reply from Doctor Hook and he was saying that if someone has hiv and you insert your finger with a small fresh cut.......well there is a chance ( less then 1 per cent)

Then later he said to other identical questions that you can t get hiv in such scenario.

Im confused....

Thanks

I had a sex with a girl with condom. When I finished, I used tissue to clean the fluid on the condom first, then took it off. But I found out that there was a wound on the index finger(1cm long and 1mm deep, it was caused 18 hours before the sex, and it was still an open wound at the moment of sex, but no bleeding).

Now assume that girl was a HIV carrier, and the vaginal fluid percolated the tissue and contacted the wound. And I was not sure that did my wounded finger touch the fluid directly. What is the possibility of infection???

I know that I should take a HIV test after 6 weeks. But the fear almost kills me, and it makes me feel like the time is running extremely slow......Need some advice to calm myself down...

Tanks!!

wrong wrong wrong! theoretical risk is not actual risk. you have a theoretical
risk of getting hit by lightning on your way to the mailbox. is it gonna happen? NO.
HIV has to be transmittied in an airtight location. hence INTERcourse and INTRAvenous
drug use. those are prefixes that mean "inside". no unprotected penetration, no drug use,
no pregant mother to child, NO RISK!

Hi Teak,

Thank you for your quick reply.
Though I would like to know why on famous government supported websites concerning hiv and STD's from the Netherlands and Belgium they inform people that there is a risk for HIV and STD transmission (translation through google):

when you finger someone who may have HIV, make sure that after the finger is not directly touch your penis and you start to draw with vaginal fluid. There is a small chance of transmission of HIV (by vaginal fluid or menstrual blood immediately permeable areas of the penis to convey) (source: http://www.allesoverseks.be and http://www.soaaids.nl/).

Is this because theoretical there is a chance?  I find this disturbing.

I feel a pain in my balls lately (chlamydia?),  though I think it is something mental, I will have myself checked, or do you think it is really not necessary?

thanks in advance.
