first time the worst time . Doc please suggest/help me

I recently for the first time casual sex with an girl whom i  meet online . Upon our encounter we had oral sex without a condom. She went down on me for a few minutes and I on her. My tongue swept across her clitorus but I never went deep inside her. As I was laying on top of her my penis (head) brushed up against her lips of her vagina. My urethra and head "possibly" was exposed to vaginal fluid for a couple of seconds.During my session with her the head of my penis did gently rub up on the inner parts of her vaginal lips. So in retrospect to say fluid on skin is a cause of concern

Then I proceeded to put on a condom and have penetration to finish our session. After having sex  while going back i started to have itchy felling on my throat .so I have called her to verify what she said about being clean is true and she confirmed reiterated the same 3 4 times.


second day after i visited a doctor for throat and doc put me on pep(truvada+inster) stating that we should be prepared for worst case scenario. But reading pep side effects i freaked out . so please help me with honest answer  is there any kind of risk associated with my case and is the pep safe option.

Since I have not been able to sleep work or even smile I understand anxiety and how it works but I need to know how serious if any have I put myself at risk. I appreciate honest answers and please feel free to speak openly.

along with my previous comment. I am already on my 12 day of pep
doc prescribed me saying that  since causal sex partner u don't know there background as well as vaginal fluid can lead to hiv so they gave me pep . i am already on 12th day. should i continue or stop .

greatest concern was of the head of my penis did gently rub up on the inner parts of her vaginal lips which was wet by her vaginal fluid.

is this can lead to transfer of hiv virus ?

You were never at HIV risk.
