fluid trapped inside condom

Hi, I wish to make an important clarification.

If a women were to taint a condom such that the contaminated part is not exposed to air...
instance put on her two fingers, insert into her vagina and reverse it while it is still inside. Will HIV survive inside the condom (since it is not exposed to air)

Hi Teak. Thanks, But I believe you have seen my earlier posts...I was worried that if the fluid inside is not exposed to air it will be still active and lead to infection during the handjob since it was less than a minute when the CSW put it on me.
