for the sake of humanity please answer with help

for the last 6 months i have had red skin on scrotum and been tested for  gon, chl,tric syph. hiv all neg, I also was tested for lupus and blood test for infections ( Bacteria ) all neg dr sent me to derm dr and he gave me diflucion and all kinds of creams heavy steriods to rid the redness to clind gel no help did skin biopsy of the scrotum skin came back with variant of normal skin with lympcites and histicyetes asked dr why i had this like bumps which are hard and seem to be attached to the hairs but theres tons of them Now he tells me to see a male dr so i went he stuck this thing up my urthea and checked my bladder prosate kidneys and all looked good no reason for red skin on scrotum that now has spread to penis incl head oh by the way water makes this worse and no fungus on path report

Can not have sex with wife they tell me its ok but they dont know what the heck this sis so how can they say i am ok to be with my wife  my scrotum does not burn anymore or itch just red with the bumps and sometimes it is very shiny glossy looking can anyone please help me and also i cant smell anything anymore but no infection and trust me been on all kinds of drugs nothing works  Please tell me if this could be a hiv issues or some sort of std syphilis test at 8 weeks and hiv home acess test at 11.5 weeks  I have posted this on other fourms and got no help so thought maybe it might be hiv

Thank you for your replies and from what you stated its unlikly to change i will just put this behind me and hope i find a nswer to my problem which is not hiv

You don't state if you are in the US or elsewhere if you are in the US go get your conclusive result and put it behind you and ALWAYS use Latex condoms.

You don't have to have symptoms or health problems to be infected.

Slight means i started to but but withdrew to put on condom so you are saying i would not to test again being neg at 11.5 weeks is no chance for it to change no other healthproblems but above

Either you penetrated her or you didn't.  3 months post exposure is when you can obtain your conclusive negative result and I doubt that your 11.5 week test is going to change.
