I am freaking out again. on saturday night I had some food before i went to sleep, just some shortbread fresh out of the packet, some fishcakes with bread and drink of water. In the morning I got up to brush my teeth
2. Would drinking the water clear anything I had in my mouth the night before, meaning that in the morning there would be no blood and that my gums were causing the bleeding that morning and not from the food I had the night before?
3. I did change my toothbrush last week and have been brushing my teeth
more then usual, could this be why I had the blood?
4. Can blood stay in the mouth the whole night and still be inside the mouth in the morning and still be fresh even if i drank my water? Or does the mouth clear itself in the night?
I know some of this sounds crazy but I am really freaking out this time as I come near to my test on the 6th of Feb. please answer, thanks.
yeah I know in my mind is it crazy thinking, but once you have a risk in the first place your mind thinks the worse about everything. it was just the blood that freaked me out bcz i don't usually bleed in the mouth. maybe it was the change of toothbrush.
