freaking out

people plz help me, i recently (around 5 nights ago) had an oil massage. we both were nude, and the masseuse massaged me with her body,
(1)sliding her body on both my back and front(includes rubbing her vagina all over my body on both my back and front) and
(2)she was grinding her vagina on my penis for around 3 mins.
(3)i also fingered her and there were cuts on my finger and
(4)also she sat on my buttocks for around 2 mins(there is a cut above my anus).
(5)my skin usually have many pimples which break open easily
(6)in the end, i kissed her vagina (there may have been some openings on my lips due to dry skin)
am i at risk of contracting hiv by the above exposures (1,2,3,4,5,6) i said?
also, i have been feeling uneasy near my stomach (some sort of uncomfort and little like nausea) and some weakness in my arm muscles. is it due to possible hiv infection or is it just my mind freaking out?

At no time did you have an exposure in any of the situations you  are concerned about.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
