(frozen) blood on food in a cut

Hello,

Yesterday i was preparing food. I cut myself at a plastic box while doing that. On the food was blood visible. Its normal to see blood on meat but this was prepared food and there where only 4 drops of blood on the meat. So maybe it is from other meat or maybe its from the butcher. This blood from the freezer came in contact with my small fresh cut.

The meat came out the freezer and i have put it the same day in the fridge for preparing it at the evening. I cut myself at the evening and this is the time my cut came in contact with the blood.

Can someone tell me something about my risk?

There was no risk.

Its scary because every doctor says blood can stay active in a frozen enviroment. Ok there was time between putting the meat in the freezer because it came from a store in a fridge and i brought it home but it was sealed from air.

You see i really need advice on this. You say no risk and sure i want to believe you but if doctors say hiv blood can survive in a freezer i dont know what to think...
