Dear sir

Im a 26 year old homosexual male. I am very sexually active, and that is another problem by itself !! I cant seem to control myself when it comes to sex, and consider myself semi sex-aholic. my problem that I would like to address for now is that I have had several unprotected sexual encounters in the past few years. I had HIV test last time around 6 months ago and came negative. but had some unprotected sex since that with random guys (both top and bottom). I am now freaking out that I might have caught something and planning to get tested, but HIV tests in my country are not confidential as I suspect that any possible cases of HIV might be reported to the ministry of health and could get ugly. I am planning to travel to europe on vacation in a few months, which I am surely planning to test there, however I cant wait till then as I am so nervous about the possibility that I might have caught it. I do not think that I am having any of the symptoms I read about here, but again with HIV symptoms can vary and might even be invisible as the virus is silent. Pls advise me as I am loosing my mind worrying about my health cuz this could ruin my whole life.

A lot of anxiety, which happens with this.  Your best bet is to get tested. Why wait until you go on vacation and have to worry and worry about this.

I'd also surely recommend to start using protection.  It's surely not worth all of the problems that come with not using it.
