giving handjob with hand cuts soaked in ***

I gave i guy handjob 8 weeks ago. there was a 3mm cut at my nailbed. 1-2 days old. not fresh, no active bleeding. but it stings when i wash my hands.
He ejeculated. the cum was full of my hand, contacted my cut fully.
I used the cum as lubricant , giving him second handjob. He ejaculated again.
8 weeks later, now. I developed slightly enlarged parotid glands , non painful. which fits HIV parotitis, I never had enlarged parotid gland before.   oraquick test is negative at 8 weeks.
Is there a chance i got acute retroviral symdrom from the handjob with cuts at my nail bed.?
I know lots of people may say no.
but my situation is his cum is full of my hand. I used his cum as lubricant to give second handjob..
what is the risk.??

His FRESH semen has fully contacted my small cut at my nailbed. I did not washed it off untill 10 minutes later.

You di dnot have a risk. Masterbating someone with or without a cut is not a risk.
