and you do stop it from binding to your cells in your body
how long will the hiv virus survive in your body
befor you are no longer at risk of it multiplying and becoming positive

In Vitro ( test tube) experiments DO NOT equal human studies. What can be accomplished in a lab is very often NOT achievable outside. This is a very simplistic explanation.
Once HIV is in your bloodstream and makes it's way to your lymphnodes( about 72) hrs.,it CAN NOT be eliminated for the body. It survives, reproduces and bonds with White Blood Cells destroying them.
