I am 26 years old guy, I only had one GF and she broke up with me couple of months ago. I got HSV-1 in my upper nose from her. So, I was browsing fetlife and one lady emailed me that she wants to meet.
I drove to her house it was little dark, she tried to kiss me and I just give her light kiss on lips. She provided the condom and lay on her stomach. I put the condom and pushed it in for 1 minute or two. came and washed myself and left.
She said she always do that and prefer unprotected sex.She assured me that she is STD free hiv-. This starts to get me worried, am I at risk or this is fine?

If I understand you, you had protected vaginal using a condom so you had zero risk. You can't get HIV from air, or saliva contact because HIV is inactivated in those mediums so you had zero risk.
