Last time, after washing my penis, i feel pain inside foreskin my penis when peeing ( a cut ). if their mouth had blood mix with savila. May i put at risk? i so worry. because i had sex with many sex workers.

You were only at risk from stds from the unprotected oral sex not hiv

Your risk generally speaking for stds from oral are low compared to stds from vagianl or anal sex

Unprotected  oral, with or without cuts, is not a risk for hiv infection. You had no risk of hiv.
However, unprotected oral can have risks for other stds. Have a full panel done for those. Be well.

Many people claim many things, we can't comment on what others say in their websites. Its claims and stories vs reported, documented and verified facts. There has not been a single case that has been confirmed that a person was infected only by an oral exposure. You are not going to be the first. Saliva nullifies the virus and cannot infect you. You had no risk for hiv but I urge you to have an std panel done before having unprotected sex with anyone else. Be well.
