hair loss folliculitis? Caused by HIV?

My question is, can folliculitits, or hair loss show up 6 months after exposure?

I am a female in my mid-twenties, who has not had very many partners. I had a brief unprotected relationship from Oct. to about Feb. with a male of unknown status (although he never came inside of me- not that it makes a difference). There was a month break over the holidays. About two to three weeks after the initial time that we had sex, I came down wih a flu (but there was one going around at my work) and a ringworm a little while later. I was tested for HIV about 54 days after this, and it came back negative. There were a few more encounters, and we eventually stopped seeing each other. I have had a pap smear come back with atypical cells since then and high stress and anxiety and a migraine with aura.

What worries me the most is sudden diffuse hair loss and breakage that started in late January. I have lost about half of my hair density and cannot figure out the cause. Have never had this happen before. Had my thyroid and blood chemistry and count tested. They all came back fine. I have noticed a few eyelashes and eyebrow hairs coming out as well. My skin has been very dry lately, and Ive noticed some very small skin colored bumps scattered sporadically on my thighs. I have one small red bump on my face that has been there for over a month. So, my question is, could this be some sort of HIV related hair loss or folliculitis? I am going to be tested again soon. Does anyone know if hair loss or something of this sort would start to manifest itself 2 to 6 months after exposure?

No your hair loss has nothing to do with HIV. Use protection and test 3 months post your LAST unprotected vaginal or anal sex.
