handjob in a used condom

Hi,

I recently went to a massage parlour and got a handjob in a condom and then i sucked the girls' breast for about 5 seconds. As far as I remember, there was no lactation or secretion. My concerns are as below:
1. what if I was given a handjob in a used condom. can i get hiv with that?
2. what if there was lactation from the breast. by sucking it for about 5 seconds, can i get hiv?
3. should i get tested for hiv?
This is the only negative incident in my life. Looking forward to your response. Thank you in advance.
