headche and neck pain

hey i guess iv been in anxiety problem since 2 months due to unprotective sex exposure i did the hiv test on the 7th week it was negative. since 2 months the day after the exposure am suffering from headache and neck pain..then now am having a pressure around my nose and my neck and head pain is becoming worst?? please some one help Asap

a cold caues a sinus infection, not anxiety, not HIV.

Anxiety is not limited to HIV, people have anxiety for many reasons. And when anxiety happens a lot of times the symptoms tend to miror what you have read.

i can move my neck but there is like a pressure under my front neck and the back.. when i move it  sometimes i feel a sound like a kak

thanx for replying so fast...but the pain is similer 2 migrane and my neck is so stiff and i got muscle spasm in my neck and now am feeling a pain in the right side of the neck

coooooooool.u r suffering from lot of anxiety.these symptoms are because of that anxiety only..so many people who suffers from hiv anxiety have had the symptoms like you but not hiv.-ve at 7th week is good sign of getting -ve further.so be cool and do any relaxing excersises like yoga and meditation to get good relief from anxitey..
