hello. please help me

Hello... if i did an hiv rapid blood test at week 8 or 9 is it still conclusive?
My exposure was kissing and having mutual masterbation with a gay guy i that i dont know his hiv status..

I did not stress over it until i have developed (today) rashes on my skin for no reason.. and when i googled the causes of skin rash most sites mentioned hiv...
This scared me

Not legally conclusive but a negative at this time is rare to change.

However, the exposure you describe isn't a risk for HIV.
