Actually i want to tell you an incident happen to me and make me kinda worry , for the first time in  my life i had encountered oral sex ( only kissing ) though  what worry me , is that i had Aphthous ulcer in my mouth ,,, so i am worry if something transmitted to me from  the women who i was kissed by ,, so i am frankly dont know is it possible that hiv could be transmitted by Silva from her mouth to my mouth, since i have Aphthous ulcer ,,,. one more thing how will take HIV symptoms to appear on me ,, and what test should i do indeed clarify this things ..

To start oral sex is not kissing. Oral sex is gential (genital) to mouth contact. Which is not a risk.
As for your kissing, you can not get HIV from kissing. No matter what.
