plz tell me my test at 84 days that was negative is conclusive my exposure was vaginal only now i dont know what to do or where to turn now can someone advise

Yes Chris, I agree with you,,, abstinence is unnatural since Lord granted us a desire and instinct and of course, also a capability to fulfill it. What about not abstaining but limiting ourselves with our thoroughly and well known committed partner, and still enjoying all the fruits of sexual pleasure, freely and without post sex stresses of "what ifs"?
yeah im going to be careful and pratice not having sex for the next 5 years this window period will kill you
